Job Requirements
- At least 23 years old, with a valid California Driver’s License and at least 1 year of driving experience
- Valid SSN and U.S. work authorization
- Pass DMV driving record check and criminal background check (per CPUC regulations)
- Complete online safety training and in-app driving assessment
- Complete online safety training and in-app driving assessment
- Provide professional, dedicated customer service
- Familiar with California traffic laws and local road conditions/routes

No. Green SM’s Operations Team plans and assigns all shifts.
Part-time drivers receive shifts based on the roster.
Full-time drivers work fixed, scheduled hours each week—typically around 37 hours, similar to a standard full-time job.
