The Organizer is responsible for the administration and implementation of the Program in the Netherlands, including the application of these Terms and Conditions, subject to applicable Dutch and European Union law.
Hereinafter referred to as “Green SM” or the “Organizer.”
3. Scope of Application
3.1. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to Green SM users in the Netherlands who meet all eligibility requirements set out herein.
3.2. Users in other countries are outside the scope of these Terms and shall be subject to the respective terms and conditions applicable in those countries.
4. Program Period
Start date: 14/10/2026
End date: 31/12/2026
Green SM may modify, suspend or terminate the Program where reasonably necessary for legitimate reasons, including legal requirements, security incidents, technical failures or circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Material changes affecting participants’ rights will be communicated in advance were reasonably possible. Such changes shall not unfairly prejudice rights or Voucher entitlements already acquired by participants.
Material changes will be communicated by Green SM through appropriate channels to the extent required by applicable law.
5. Eligibility
5.1. Green SM users in the Netherlands who are at least 18 years old.
5.2. Participants must have a valid Green SM account and must not be subject to account suspension, restriction or termination under Green SM’s applicable policies.
5.3. Green SM reserves the right to verify the validity of a participant’s account and eligibility throughout the Program.
6. Program Content and Participation
6.1. The Program provides information, introductory content and knowledge about Green SM and the countries where Green SM operates.
6.2. At launch, the Program covers information about the following nine (09) countries:
- Vietnam;
- Laos;
- Indonesia;
- the Philippines;
- India;
- Kazakhstan;
- the Netherlands;
- Denmark; and
- the United States.
6.3. Each country consists of four (04) content sections.
6.4. Participants shall read/explore the content of each section and answer the corresponding questions according to the applicable mechanism displayed on the Green SM application.
6.5. Upon completion of all requirements applicable to a country under the Program mechanism, the system will record one (01) “Stamp” corresponding to that country.
6.6. Participants are not required to purchase any goods, use transportation services, or make any paid transaction in order to participate in the Program.
6.7. The Program does not involve any lucky draw, random selection, lottery, or determination of Voucher entitlement based on chance. Voucher entitlement is determined based on the participant’s fulfillment of the applicable Program conditions and the Voucher issuance conditions set out in these Terms.
7. Voucher Eligibility
7.1. When the system records that the participant has collected the required number of Stamps in accordance with the Program rules, the participant shall be eligible to have their entitlement to one (01) Voucher determined, provided that the corresponding Voucher remains available and the participant satisfies all other applicable eligibility requirements under these Terms.
7.2. Voucher details:
- Discount: 25%;
- Maximum discount: EUR 30 (€30);
- Quantity: One (01) Voucher for each time the participant fulfills the applicable Voucher eligibility conditions, subject to availability;
- Usage limit: Maximum five (05) uses per user;
- Terms of use: As stated on the Voucher and/or displayed in the Green SM application;
- Validity period: One (01) month from the date the participant receives the Voucher;
- Applicable services and other restrictions: Subject to the terms and conditions applicable to each Voucher.
7.3. Vouchers are not redeemable for cash, refundable, or exchangeable for any other form of benefit, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
7.4. Participants may complete missions in any country where Green SM operates the Program, regardless of the country in which their Green SM account is registered or their nationality.
Upon completing the applicable mission and having the corresponding Stamp recorded by the system, the participant shall be eligible for the Voucher corresponding to that country, subject to the applicable Voucher eligibility conditions and Voucher availability.
The Voucher may only be used in the country where the participant completed the relevant mission and in accordance with the applicable Voucher terms and conditions published by Green SM.
For example, a participant whose Green SM account is registered in Vietnam may complete the mission in Indonesia and, upon having the Indonesia Stamp recorded, receive a Voucher applicable in the Indonesia, subject to the applicable terms and conditions of the Indonesia Voucher.
7.5. The number of Vouchers available under the Program is limited. Green SM may determine the number of Vouchers allocated to the Program and/or to each country, mission, phase or period, provided that the applicable availability restrictions and allocation conditions are clearly communicated to participants before they commence the relevant mission.
Green SM shall not arbitrarily reduce or withdraw Vouchers already allocated or validly earned by participants. Any changes to Voucher availability shall be based on legitimate and objectively justifiable reasons, communicated transparently to participants, and shall not adversely affect rights already acquired under the Program, except where permitted by applicable law.
7.6. Vouchers shall be allocated to eligible participants based on the timestamp recorded by the Green SM system (first come, first served) until the relevant allocated Voucher pool has been exhausted.
7.7. A participant shall be confirmed as entitled to a Voucher when:
a) the participant has fulfilled all applicable Program conditions; and
b) the corresponding Voucher remains available at the time of successful completion, as recorded by the Green SM system.
The timestamp recorded by the Green SM system shall serve as the primary basis for determining the order of Voucher allocation, subject to verification and correction in the event of a demonstrated technical error or inaccurate record.
Once a participant’s entitlement to a Voucher has been validly confirmed, such entitlement shall not be arbitrarily withdrawn, except in cases of fraud, material breach of these Terms, verified technical error or other objectively justified circumstances permitted by applicable law.
7.8. Completion of all Program conditions, including collection of the required number of Stamps, does not guarantee Voucher entitlement where the applicable Voucher pool has already been exhausted, provided that the limited availability and allocation conditions have been clearly communicated to participants before participation.
This provision shall not affect any Voucher entitlement already validly confirmed in accordance with Clause 7.7.
7.9. Where the allocated Voucher quantity has been exhausted, Green SM may cease issuing the relevant Vouchers before the end of the Program Period, provided that the applicable availability restrictions have been clearly communicated to participants.
Completion of a mission after the relevant Voucher pool has been exhausted shall not create an entitlement to a Voucher, cash payment or alternative benefit, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
This provision shall not affect Vouchers validly issued or entitlements already confirmed before exhaustion of the relevant Voucher pool.
7.10. Once the relevant Voucher quantity has been exhausted, Green SM shall promptly notify participants through the Green SM application or Program interface and clearly indicate that the relevant Vouchers are no longer available.
Where reasonably practicable, this information shall be displayed before participants commence or continue the relevant mission. Green SM shall take reasonable measures to ensure that information regarding Voucher availability is accurate and up to date.
7.11. Green SM reserves the right, at its sole discretion and to the extent permitted by applicable law, to add additional Vouchers or resume Voucher issuance after the initially allocated Voucher quantity has been exhausted.
Any addition of Vouchers by Green SM at any time shall not constitute an obligation to provide additional Vouchers of the same quantity, value or terms in the future.
7.12. The number of available Vouchers may decrease throughout the Program Period as eligible participants receive Vouchers in accordance with the applicable allocation mechanism.
Green SM does not guarantee that Vouchers will remain available until the end of the Program Period, provided that the applicable availability restrictions have been clearly disclosed to participants.
Where Voucher availability information is displayed in the Green SM application, Green SM shall take reasonable measures to ensure that such information is accurate, transparent and updated within a reasonable period.
8. Addition of New Countries
8.1. Green SM shall have full discretion to add or not add new countries to the Program during the Program Period.
8.2. Each newly added country may be introduced as a new mission within the application.
8.3. Upon completing the mission of a newly added country in accordance with the Program mechanism, the system will record one (01) additional Stamp corresponding to that country.
8.4. Completion of the mission of each newly added country shall create eligibility for one (01) additional Voucher corresponding to that new country, subject to the mechanism, quantity, eligibility conditions and validity period announced by Green SM at the time such country is added.
8.5. A Voucher associated with a newly added country may only be used in the relevant country and subject to the applicable terms and conditions published by Green SM.
8.6. Green SM reserves the right to determine the timing of addition, mission content, number of Stamps, Voucher type, Voucher quantity, Voucher value, eligibility conditions and Voucher usage conditions applicable to each newly added country.
8.7. The addition of a new country shall not invalidate or cancel Stamps that have been validly recorded by the system before such addition, except where adjustment is necessary due to a system error, fraud, violation of these Terms, or a request from a competent authority.
8.8. Green SM reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the mission of any country included in the Program where deemed necessary in accordance with these Terms.
9. Account and Participation Validity
9.1. Each Green SM account shall only be credited with Program progress associated with that account.
9.2. Participants must not:
- use any unauthorized tools, software, scripts or methods to interfere with the application;
- exploit system errors to generate Stamps or Vouchers;
- use multiple accounts to obtain Vouchers in violation of the Program mechanism;
- provide false or misleading information;
- transfer, sell or exchange Stamps/Vouchers in violation of the applicable terms of use; or
- engage in any fraudulent, deceptive, abusive or other conduct that may affect the fairness, security or integrity of the Program.
9.3. Green SM reserves the right to inspect, verify and assess the validity of participation, account data, mission progress, Stamps and Vouchers.
9.4. Green SM reserves the right to reject, suspend, cancel or revoke Stamps and/or Vouchers if Green SM determines, or has reasonable grounds to determine, that:
- the participant has violated these Terms;
- there are signs of fraud, deception or abuse of the Program;
- unauthorized tools, software, accounts or methods have been used;
- system errors or vulnerabilities have been exploited;
- multiple accounts have been used to gain an advantage or obtain Vouchers contrary to the Program mechanism;
- recorded data is abnormal or inaccurate;
- Stamps/Vouchers were generated due to a technical or system error; or
- any other conduct has occurred that Green SM determines may affect the fairness, security or integrity of the Program.
9.5. Green SM’s determination regarding the validity of participation, Stamps or Vouchers shall be the applicable basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.
10. Voucher Issuance
Eligible Vouchers will be automatically issued to the participant’s Green SM account or through another method notified by Green SM on the application.
Expected issuance time: After the system confirms that the participant has satisfied all applicable Voucher eligibility requirements and the relevant Voucher remains available.
Green SM reserves the right to adjust the Voucher issuance method and timing where necessary due to operational or technical requirements, validity verification, or other reasons determined by Green SM.
11. Green SM’s Right to Modify, Suspend or Terminate the Program
11.1. Green SM reserves the right to modify, amend, suspend, extend, shorten or terminate all or part of the Program to the extent permitted by applicable law.
11.2. Matters that Green SM may modify include, without limitation:
- the Program Period;
- participating countries;
- mission content and mechanics;
- number and conditions of Stamps;
- number, type and value of Vouchers;
- Voucher eligibility and usage conditions;
- allocated Voucher quantities;
- Voucher issuance methods;
- Program interface and presentation; and
- other Program content and conditions.
11.3. Green SM may exercise the above rights where deemed necessary to:
- comply with requirements or decisions of competent authorities;
- ensure system security and stability;
- address technical incidents;
- prevent or address fraud or abuse;
- ensure fairness of the Program;
- respond to force majeure events;
- ensure compliance with applicable laws; or
- address operational, business or other legitimate reasons determined by Green SM.
11.4. Material changes directly affecting participants’ rights will be communicated by Green SM through appropriate channels to the extent required by applicable law.
12. System Data and Basis for Determining Entitlements
12.1. Data recorded in Green SM’s system shall constitute the official basis for determining:
- participation in the Program;
- participating account;
- mission completion time;
- number of Stamps;
- Voucher eligibility;
- Voucher status and availability;
- Voucher issuance time; and
- other benefits arising from the Program.
12.2. Green SM’s system records will be used as the primary basis for verifying mission completion and Voucher eligibility. Where a participant reasonably disputes the accuracy of such records, Green SM will review the relevant information and correct any verified errors. System records shall not be considered conclusive where there is evidence of inaccuracy.
12.3. Green SM reserves the right to review and determine how to handle circumstances not expressly addressed in these Terms, based on system data, the actual circumstances of the Program and applicable laws.
13. Personal Data

Personal data shall be processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), applicable Dutch data protection laws and Green SM’s Privacy Notice, which provides further information on the purposes and legal bases of processing, data retention, recipients and Customers’ rights.
Where device location access is required, Green SM shall provide appropriate information and obtain any permission or consent required by applicable law.
Acceptance of these Terms does not constitute consent to receive marketing or advertising communications where separate consent is required by applicable law.
14. Complaints
14.1. Participants may submit complaints relating to the Program through Green SM’s official customer support channels at [contact details]. Green SM will investigate complaints within a reasonable period and communicate the outcome to the participant.
Participants are encouraged to submit complaints within 30 days of the relevant incident. This period does not limit any mandatory statutory rights or remedies available under Dutch or European law.
14.2. Green SM will review system data and relevant information to handle complaints in accordance with Green SM’s procedures and applicable laws.
14.3. During the complaint resolution process, Green SM may request the participant to provide information, documents or evidence necessary to verify the matter.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Green SM shall not be liable for a participant’s inability to participate in the Program, complete a mission or receive a Voucher due to circumstances beyond Green SM’s reasonable control, including:
- issues attributable to the participant’s device or Internet connection;

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect to the extent permitted by applicable law.
17. Effectiveness

These Terms shall be made available in a clear, understandable and accessible manner and shall apply from the moment of acceptance.
Program information displayed on the Green SM application and official Green SM announcements shall form part of the Program information, provided that they are consistent with these Terms and applicable law.
Green SM may provide reasonable guidance on the interpretation and application of these Terms, provided that such interpretation does not unfairly prejudice participants’ rights or conflict with applicable Dutch or European Union law.
18. Sub-Program: Welcome Voucher
When a Customer travels to another country where Green SM operates the Program (e.g., from Vietnam to Indonesia), the Customer may be eligible to receive one (01) Welcome Voucher, subject to the applicable eligibility conditions and Voucher availability, as communicated through the Green SM application.
The Welcome Voucher, including its value, validity period, applicable services and usage conditions, shall be made available for the Customer to view in the “My Vouchers” section under “Account” on the Green SM application.
