For the Referrer (Driver)

Summary

Thank you for inviting riders to Green SM. For each new rider who signs up with your referral code and completes their first trip, you earn a referral reward.

• You earn a base reward of DKK 20 for each valid referral.
• If you reach 5 or more valid referrals within the reward period, you earn an additional DKK 20 for each valid referral in that period, so DKK 40 per referral in total.
• A valid referral is a new rider who signs up with your code in Denmark and completes a qualifying first trip. Green SM verifies each referral before it is rewarded.
• A new rider is someone who has never had a Green SM account. An account registered with the same phone number, email address or device also counts, even if it was later deleted.
• A first trip qualifies when it is a ride-hailing trip booked through the Green SM app, has been finished and paid in full, was not cancelled during the trip, has not been fully refunded, was not paid with Corporate Billing, and was completed while the promotion is running.
• The reward period is your salary period for employed drivers, and the calendar month for drivers renting a vehicle.
• You can earn rewards for up to 20 valid referrals per month. For employed drivers, this limit applies to each salary period and is adjusted in proportion to the number of days in that period.
• Rewards earned within a reward period are verified and reconciled before each payment. Employed drivers are paid with their salary. Drivers renting a vehicle receive their rewards aggregated weekly and credited to the Driver wallet. Payment follows Green SM’s Driver Engagement policy.
• Green SM may withhold, cancel or reverse rewards, and restrict or deny participation, if we have reasonable grounds to suspect abuse or fraud. You can ask us to review any decision.
• The promotion runs from 15 October 2026 until 31 January 2027 or until further notice. Any changes will be announced in the Green SM Driver app and/or through official Green SM driver channels.

1. Organiser

1.1 The Driver Referral Programme (the “Programme”) is operated by Green SM in Denmark (“Green SM”, “we”). By taking part, you agree to these terms. They apply together with your employment contract or driver agreement, Green SM’s Driver Engagement policy and Green SM’s general terms and conditions for the use of its services (the “General Terms”).

1.2 If a specific campaign has additional conditions, they will be shown in the app together with the campaign.

2. Who can take part

2.1 To take part as a referrer (“Referrer”), you must be at least 18 years old, be an active Green SM driver (employed by Green SM or renting a vehicle through Green SM), and have a Green SM rider account in your own name that has been issued a referral code.

2.2 Each person may use only one Green SM account to take part in the Programme.

2.3 Drivers take part only in this Programme. A referral made with your code is rewarded only under these terms and not under the Rider Referral Programme.

3. Who can be referred

3.1 The person who signs up with your referral code (“Referee”) must be at least 18 years old and a new rider. A new rider is someone who has never had a Green SM account. A person is not a new rider if an account was ever registered with the same phone number, email address or device, even if that account was later deleted or closed.

3.2 The Referrer and the Referee must both be registered in Denmark, and the Referee’s qualifying first trip must be completed in Denmark.

3.3 A referral is not valid if the Referee is the same person as the Referrer, if the Referee’s account shares a device, phone number, email address or payment method with the Referrer’s accounts, or if the Referee has more than one account.

3.4 Green SM may carry out reasonable checks to confirm these conditions.

4. Rewards

4.1 You earn a base reward of DKK 20 for each valid referral. A referral is valid when the Referee meets clause 3, completes a qualifying first trip, and Green SM has verified that the referral is not a duplicate.

4.2 A “qualifying first trip” is the first trip that the Referee completes after signing up with the Referrer’s code, and that:

(a) is a ride-hailing trip booked through the Green SM app;

(b) has been finished and the amount due has been paid in full;

(c) was not cancelled during the trip and has not been fully refunded;

(d) was not paid with Corporate Billing; and

(e) was completed while the promotion is running.

4.3 If you reach 5 or more valid referrals in the same reward period, you earn an additional DKK 20 for each valid referral in that period, so DKK 40 per referral in total. If you do not reach this threshold, the additional amount is not paid.

4.4 The reward period is your salary period if you are an employed driver, and the calendar month if you rent a vehicle.

4.5 You can earn rewards for up to 20 valid referrals per month. For employed drivers, this limit applies to each salary period and is adjusted in proportion to the number of days in that period. Referrals above the limit earn no reward.

5. Verification and payment

5.1 Rewards earned within a reward period are verified and reconciled by Green SM before each payment. You can ask about the status of a referral through the in-app Help Center.

5.2 Employed drivers: rewards are paid with your salary for the relevant salary period, in accordance with Green SM’s Driver Engagement policy and subject to the tax and social contributions required by law.

5.3 Drivers renting a vehicle: rewards are aggregated weekly and credited to your Driver wallet after verification, in accordance with Green SM’s Driver Engagement policy. The additional amount in clause 4.3 is credited once you reach the threshold.

5.4 Rewards may be subject to tax. Green SM withholds tax and contributions where the law requires it.

5.5 If a reward was paid in error, or the referral is later found not to be valid, we may correct it, including by deducting the amount from later payments where the law and your contract allow. We will tell you the reason.

5.6 Rewards cannot be transferred to another person.

6. How you may share your code

6.1 Your referral code is for personal, non-commercial use. You may share it with people you know. You may not:

(a) publish the code on coupon, voucher or deal websites, or buy, sell or trade referral codes;

(b) use paid advertising, including bidding on “Green SM” or similar search terms, to promote your code;

(c) send unsolicited messages (spam) to people you do not know;

(d) offer money, gifts or other incentives to people to sign up or take trips;

(e) make false or misleading statements about Green SM or the Programme, or use Green SM’s logo, images or content without prior written permission;

(f) pressure passengers to use your code, or make a trip depend on the passenger signing up.

6.2 You must follow the law, including marketing rules, when you share your code.

7. Fraud and abuse

7.1 Creating multiple accounts, referring yourself, fake or manipulated trips, using bots or automated tools, interfering with our systems, and giving false information are not allowed.

7.2 If we have reasonable grounds to suspect any of these, we may withhold, cancel or reverse the related rewards, exclude you from the Programme and, in serious cases, take further action under your employment contract or driver agreement and the General Terms.

7.3 We will inform you of our decision and the reason for it. If you disagree, you can contact us through the in-app Help Center, give us any information you consider relevant and ask for a review by a member of our staff. We will reply promptly.

8. Personal data

8.1 Green SM processes personal data in connection with the Programme in accordance with the privacy notice that Green SM makes available to you as a driver (the “Privacy Notice”). This includes your referral code, the link between you and the Referee, trip data needed to confirm a valid referral, and identifiers such as phone number, email address, device ID, IP address and payment method, which we use to detect duplicate accounts and misuse. The Privacy Notice explains the legal basis, how long data is kept and your rights.

8.2 We will only inform you that a referral has been completed. We will not share the Referee’s name or trip details with you. You must not ask riders for personal data on our behalf.

9. Changes and termination

9.1 The promotion runs from 15 October 2026 until 31 January 2027 or until further notice.

9.2 We may change, suspend or end the Programme for valid reasons, for example changes in law, misuse of the Programme or changes in market conditions. We will give at least 14 days’ notice in the Driver app and/or through official Green SM driver channels before the Programme ends or before changes that reduce the rewards.

9.3 Rewards already earned before a change or ending remain payable. We may end an individual’s participation with immediate effect if we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud or abuse.

10. Governing law

10.1 These terms are governed by Danish law. Employment matters remain governed by your employment contract and applicable employment law. Your mandatory rights under the law of the country where you live or work are not affected.

11. Relationship between the Referrer and Green SM

11.1 The Referrer acts in its own name and for its own account and has no authority to enter into agreements, make representations or otherwise bind Green SM vis-à-vis third parties, except as described in the Programme and the associated terms and conditions.

11.2 Participation in the Programme does not entitle the Referrer to any remuneration, commission, reimbursement or other compensation beyond the rewards expressly described in the Programme and the associated terms and conditions.

12. Limitation of liability

12.1 Green SM shall not be liable for any failure to participate in the Programme, loss of rewards or other matters that may result from technical errors, operational disruptions, network problems or other circumstances beyond Green SM’s reasonable control that affect the Programme or the allocation of rewards. However, this shall not apply to the extent that liability cannot be limited under mandatory law.

For the Referee (New Rider)

Welcome to Green SM. Sign up with a driver’s referral code and get 50% off your first 2 trips, up to a maximum of DKK 75 per trip.

• Only available to new users aged 18 or over. You are not a new user if an account was ever registered with your phone number, email address or device, even if it was later deleted.
• The referral code must be entered while creating your account and before booking your first trip.
• You must sign up in Denmark, the same country as the person who referred you, and take the trips in Denmark.
• The discount is valid for 30 days from the date it is added to your account. If a discounted trip is fully refunded, you can still use the discount on a later trip within this period.
• The discount applies to the trip fare only. Tolls, parking, waiting time and other additional fees are charged separately.
• Valid for all payment methods except Corporate Billing.
• Cannot be combined with other promo codes.
• Green SM may remove the discount if we have reasonable grounds to suspect abuse or fraud. You can ask us to review any decision.

1.1 The referral offer for new riders is operated by Green SM in Denmark (“Green SM”, “we”). By signing up with a referral code, you agree to these terms and to Green SM’s general terms and conditions for the use of its services (the “General Terms”).

1.2 If a specific campaign has additional conditions, they will be shown in the app together with the campaign.

2. Who can take part

2.1 You must be at least 18 years old and a new rider. A new rider is someone who has never had a Green SM account. A person is not a new rider if an account was ever registered with the same phone number, email address or device, even if that account was later deleted or closed.

2.2 You may hold only one Green SM account. The referral code must belong to a Green SM driver registered in Denmark. You cannot use your own code, or a code from someone whose account shares your device, phone number, email address or payment method.

2.3 You must enter the referral code while creating your account and before booking your first trip.

3. Your discount

3.1 You receive 50% off your first 2 ride-hailing trips booked through the Green SM app and taken in Denmark, up to DKK 75 per trip. The discount is added to your account when you sign up with a valid referral code, subject to the checks in clause 4.

3.2 The discount is valid for 30 days from the date it is added to your account, after which it expires. If a discounted trip is fully refunded, you can still use the discount on a later trip within this period.

3.3 The discount applies to the trip fare only. Tolls, parking, waiting time and other additional fees are charged separately. It is valid for all payment methods except Corporate Billing, and cannot be combined with other promo codes.

3.4 The discount has no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be transferred to another account.

4. Fraud and abuse

4.1 Creating multiple accounts, using a code you are not entitled to use, and giving false information are not allowed. Green SM may carry out reasonable checks to confirm that you are eligible.

4.2 If we have reasonable grounds to suspect misuse, or find that you are not a new rider, we may remove, cancel or reverse the discount and, in serious cases, suspend or close your account in accordance with the General Terms.

4.3 We will inform you of our decision and the reason for it. If you disagree, you can contact us through the in-app Help Center, give us any information you consider relevant and ask for a review by a member of our staff. We will reply promptly.

5. Personal data

5.1 You provide your own information when you sign up and enter the referral code. Green SM processes personal data in connection with the offer in accordance with the privacy notice that Green SM makes available to you as a rider (the “Privacy Notice”). This includes your referral code, registration data, and identifiers such as phone number, email address, device ID, IP address and payment method, which we use to check eligibility and prevent misuse. The Privacy Notice explains the legal basis, how long data is kept and your rights.

5.2 We will only inform the person who referred you that a referral has been completed. We will not share your name or trip details with them.

6. Changes and termination

6.1 The promotion runs from 15 October 2026 until 31 January 2027 or until further notice.

6.2 We may change, suspend or end the offer for valid reasons, for example changes in law, misuse or changes in market conditions. Any change will be announced in the Green SM app. Discounts already added to your account remain valid until their expiry date.

7. Governing law and consumer rights

7.1 These terms are governed by Danish law. If you are a consumer, you keep the mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of the country where you live.

8. Limitation of liability

8.1 Green SM shall not be liable for any failure to participate in the Programme, loss of rewards or other matters that may result from technical errors, operational disruptions, network problems or other circumstances beyond Green SM’s reasonable control that affect the Programme or the allocation of rewards.
