What does my monthly fixed salary include?
Do I have to pay any amount when receiving the vehicle?
Who covers the vehicle maintenance costs, the company or the driver?
What does my monthly fixed salary include?
The fixed salary of GSM drivers includes the following components:
Monthly fixed salary (includes social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance as stipulated by labor law)
Performance-based bonus (calculated based on the star rating received from customers using the electric taxi service)
Support bonus (a maximum additional amount for the first 6 months after signing the official employment contract)
Note:
The fixed salary is determined according to GSM's salary and bonus policy at each period.
The fixed salary does not include a commission of up to 25% of total revenue.
