You can book the Xanh Tour service directly on the Green SM app whenever you need it, without having to book in advance. There are two ways to book the service so you can be flexible with your travel plans: Option 1: Book directly on the Green SM app whenever you need it, without prior booking Option 2: Book in advance & schedule the pickup time as per the instructions below Step 1: On the home screen, enter the destination in the "Destination" field and confirm the pickup point. Step 2: Select the service type: The app will display the available service options in the area (e.g., Luxury vehicles, Green vehicles). Check the corresponding fares, and choose the service that suits your needs and budget. Step 3: Select the payment method and enter any promotional codes (if available). Step 4: Click the 3-dot menu "..." next to "Promotions", select "Schedule" and choose the desired travel time -> click "Update". Step 5: Verify the scheduled pickup time and click "Book in advance", the driver will proactively contact you and confirm the details. You can schedule the pickup up to 30 days in advance and can cancel the trip before the driver arrives at the pickup point.
