After opting into Green SM Care, a fee of 1,000 VND (for Bike trips) or 2,000 VND (for Taxi trips) will be added to each eligible trip fare until you cancel your subscription.

This insurance is optional; passengers can choose to add it or not before each trip.

The customer agrees to the Terms & Conditions of the applicable programs of PVI Digital, OPES, BIC, TCGI and agrees that GSM may collect, use, disclose, share, or transfer personal information provided through the Green SM App account to insurance partners to issue the Insurance Policy and/or provide the Insurance Certificate, as well as for other purposes related to participating in this insurance program under the data protection policies of GSM and the respective insurance partners PVI Digital, OPES, BIC, TCGI.

The personal accident insurance contract is distributed by one of the insurance partners such as PVI Digital, OPES, BIC, TCGI, as shown on the insurance certificate issued in the Green SM app.

The insured participants under this program are passengers who are Vietnamese nationals or foreign nationals traveling within the territory of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam by passenger transport vehicles in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Program, excluding the following: - Drivers and assistant drivers operating passenger transport vehicles. - Parcel escorts and employees of passenger transport operators performing transport duties on such vehicles. Insured persons under this Program are still entitled to benefits from other types of insurance.
