1. General Information

Program name: Đường đua chủ shop

Program organizer: GSM Green and Smart Mobility Joint Stock Company (“GSM”).

Applicable service: Express service available on the Xanh SM application.

Program period: From [●] to [●].

Applicable area: Nationwide.

Promotion format: Customers complete tasks in accordance with the conditions of each Challenge to receive corresponding vouchers, gifts, or benefits.

Challenges are designed and allocated by the system to each customer based on their current Membership Tier.

2. Eligible Participants

The Program applies to customers who:

• Have a valid Xanh SM account;
• Are allocated or shown a Challenge by the system;
• Meet the conditions of the relevant Challenge; and
• Have clicked “Start Challenge” or “Accept Challenge.”

Each Challenge applies to only one (01) account. Progress may not be combined across different accounts.

3. How to Participate in a Challenge

To participate and have their progress recorded, customers must complete the following steps:

Step 1: Access the “Challenges” section.

Step 2: Select a Challenge.

Step 3: Click “Start Challenge” or “Accept Challenge.”

Conditions for Recognizing Eligible Orders

Only orders that fall within the applicable service, are placed, and are completed after the customer clicks “Start Challenge” or “Accept Challenge” will be recorded toward the customer’s Challenge progress.

Each Challenge applies to only one (01) account.

Throughout a Challenge cycle, the customer will continue participating in the Challenge allocated at the time the Challenge was started, even if the customer’s Membership Tier changes during that cycle. After the cycle ends, the system will reassess the customer’s current Membership Tier and assign the corresponding Challenge for the next cycle.

4. Reward Distribution and Complaint Handling

Reward conditions: Gifts, vouchers, or other rewards provided under the Program may not be transferred to another person or converted into cash in any form.

Complaint submission period: Customers have seven (07) days from the date on which the system announces the results or distributes the relevant rewards to submit complaints relating to vouchers or rewards. Complaints submitted after this period may not be accepted or processed.

Excluded participants: The Challenge Program and its rewards do not apply to the company’s internal employees.

5. General Terms

Fraud prevention: GSM has full discretion to reject the recognition of orders, refuse to distribute rewards, or permanently revoke a customer’s right to participate in the Program if GSM detects or has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent conduct or abuse of the Program.

GSM’s decision-making authority: GSM reserves the right to determine the applicable conditions, identify reward recipients, and amend the Program Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

In the event of any dispute, GSM’s decision shall be final.
