Starting 1 October 2024, Xanh SM and Vietjet team up to make your journey even smoother! Now, you can easily add a Xanh SM x VJA airport taxi service to your flight booking.
No more scrambling for taxis or waiting around— Xanh SM drivers will be ready and waiting to pick you up the moment you land. With a commitment to 5-star service, Xanh SM ensures a smooth and comfortable ride home after every flight.
How to book your Xanh SM x VJA airport taxi with Vietjet flight tickets:
- Step 1: Book a flight on Vietjet Air’s website or app;
- Step 2: Select the add-on “Airport taxi service”;
- Step 3: Choose an airport taxi package for your departure and/or return trip;
- Step 4: Complete the payment for the flight and add-on services;
- Step 5: Receive an email with flight details and a voucher code to use for the service.
How to use your pre-booked Xanh SM x VJA airport service:
- Step 1: Locate your driver at the pickup point (see below for details);
- Step 2: Show your driver the voucher code you received by email;
- Step 3: Hop in the taxi and enjoy your ride;
- Step 4: After the trip, settle any additional fees if needed.
Terms and Conditions:
- Available for domestic Vietjet flights booked via Vietjet’s website or app, and at participating airports: Noi Bai International Airport (Hanoi), Tan Son Nhat International Airport (Ho Chi Minh City), Phu Bai International Airport (Hue), Danang International Airport, Cam Ranh International Airport (Nha Trang), and Phu Quoc International Airport.
- You can pre-book this service up to 2 years in advance, or as little as 3 hours before your flight.
- You can add the service even after completing your flight booking, just like you would with extra baggage.
- Each customer can purchase up to 03 airport transfer vouchers per booking.
- Prices include VAT.
- Final fare depends on the actual kilometers traveled, tolls (if applicable), and other additional fees (if applicable) incurred during your ride.
- If the actual trip distance is shorter than the pre-purchased kilometers, the fare will be as the pre-paid Xanh SM x VJA airport taxi package. If the actual trip distance is longer, you will pay the difference directly to your driver.
- The service cannot be exchanged for cash under any circumstances.
- Vouchers are valid for 07 days from your flight date.
- Cancellations and refunds follow Vietjet’s policies.
