Terms and Conditions of the VPoint Earning and Redemption Program
1. General Scope of Application
The VPoint earning and redemption program applies to Customers using Green SM services, subject to the following general conditions:
- Applicable channels: Green SM Application and Green SM booking website.
- Eligible payment methods: Cash, Bank cards, e-Wallets, and Business cards.
- Geographical scope: Transactions made in Vietnam.
Note on earning VPoint: Orders fulfilled by Green SM’s Partners are not eligible to earn VPoint.
2. VPoint Earning and Redemption Policy by Service Category

(1) For Car Transportation, this policy does not apply to metered taxi services where the destination is not specified in advance.
(2) For Food Delivery, VPoint may only be redeemed against the delivery fee and may not be applied to the food order value.
3. Other Terms
- This policy applies to all currently available Services and any new Services that Green SM may introduce in the future under the service categories listed above, unless otherwise specifically excluded under the terms applicable to a particular Service.
- Green SM reserves the right to amend or supplement this policy and will notify Customers through its official communication channels before any changes take effect.
- Other provisions relating to the earning, redemption, and use of VPoint shall be governed by the Rules of the Green SM VPoint Loyalty Program.
